Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your rights under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the following rights:

• Right to know what personal information we have collected about you
• Right to delete personal information we hold about you
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — GifyLabs does not sell or share personal information, but you can still submit an opt-out request to be safe
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

How to submit a “Do Not Sell or Share” request

Email us at privacy@gifylabs.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request” and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your GifyLabs account (if you have one)
• Confirmation that you are a California resident

We will verify your identity and respond within forty-five (45) days, as required by the CCPA. If we need an extension, we will notify you within the initial 45-day window.

How to exercise your other CCPA rights

For access, deletion, or correction requests:

• If you have a GifyLabs account, you can use the self-serve account page to export your data or delete your account. Deletion takes effect within 30 days and propagates to all systems.
• Otherwise, email privacy@gifylabs.com with your request and we will verify your identity before processing.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authority, and we may still contact you directly to verify your identity.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of your CCPA rights.
